This guy... just.... what?

I’ll admit my reaction was kind of slow, but I just didn’t expect him to be stopping like that. But yeah, this dude turned left from the right lane without signalling. Not to mention he has no 3rd brake light, and his other ones were already on by the time I finished my shoulder check. So I didn’t even know he was slowing down in the first place until, suddenly, he wasn’t moving anymore.

Also, that Frontier wasn’t even slightly in his lane. Touching the line, maybe, but nothing to warrant just stopping in traffic.
